Refund Policy
Our "change of mind" policy lasts 14 days from the delivery of the item.. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please contact Donna's Bows by email to notify of return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We do not accept returns for any custom orders or personalised items.
Buyer pays for return postage. Return postage must be paid in full and any shortfall will be deducted from refund amount. Any postage upgrade cost will not be refunded - this includes the return postage and the original postage cost paid by the Customer.
Returned items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in original and unused condition.
Refunds will only be processed when the item/s are received back. This is the buyer's responsibility and may therefore wish to choose a postal service that offers delivery confirmation.
International returns must be marked as a return on the CN22 customs form.
