Orders are normally dispatched in 1-2 working days. These means same day dispatch or the following two working/business days excluding UK Bank Holidays

Eg. Orders placed on Monday will either be dispatched same day, Tuesday or Wednesday.

Orders placed on Thursday will either be dispatched same day, Friday or Monday. Excludes UK Bank Holidays.

We offer a variety of Royal Mail services shown at checkout.

International orders are sent fully tracked. This service is expected to take around 7-14 working days, maybe longer.

We ship countries displayed at checkout. Donna’s Bows will not be responsible for any Custom or import duties or charges incurred in the buyer’s home country. Please check your home country's policies on purchasing from the UK before you place your order.

Unfortunately, delivery timescales are out of our control and sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected e.g. after Bank Holidays, Customs and bad weather. Please ensure your address is correct when ordering - we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect/incomplete address.

Royal Mail only considers post to be lost after 15 working days from the due delivery date in the UK and 25 working days internationally. Working days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Refunds or replacements will only be given if Royal Mail deems after their investigations the order to be damaged or lost. 

Please e-mail us if you wish to return an unused item where we can organise the return, replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Items should be returned in original packaging and in the condition received. Please read the Return Policy before returning an item.
