Orders are dispatched within 1-4 working days. If you require an order sooner and are willing upgrade for to a next day service, please message before ordering to check availability.

We offer a standard 48hr or 24hr delivery confirmation service with Royal Mail.

International orders are sent fully tracked. This service is expected to take around 7-14 working days, maybe longer.

We ship to most countries over the world including some EU countries. Donna’s Bows will not be responsible for any Custom or import duties or charges incurred in the buyer’s home country. Please check your home country's policies on purchasing from the auK before you place your order.

Unfortunately, delivery timescales are out of our control and sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected e.g. after Bank Holidays, Customs and bad weather. Please ensure your address is correct when ordering - we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect/incomplete address.

Royal Mail only considers post to be lost after 15 working days from the due delivery date in the UK and 25 working days internationally. Working days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Refunds or replacements will only be given if Royal Mail deems after their investigations the order to be damaged or lost.

Please e-mail us if you wish to return an unused item where we can organise the return, replacement or refund within 14 days of receiving your item. Items should be returned in original packaging and in the condition received. Please read the Return Policy before returning an item
