How long will my order take to send out?

Orders are shipped within 1-3 days or sooner, the banner on the home details current dispatch times

How can I contact about something?

Please email info@donnasbows.co.uk or contact through Social Media. Sometimes first contact attempts maybe filtered as spam so please try another avenue if you don't receive a reply within 24 hours.

What if I need my order by a certain date?

Please see the turnaround times above.  Otherwise please message at donnasbowsuk@yahoo.com and we can see if we can look at rush order or a different delivery option.

Can I return an item??

Yes returns are accepted.  Please contact info@donnasbows.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and read the Refund Policy for full information on exclusions.

How are items packaged?

Orders are sent as plastic free as possible.  It is only large parcel orders that may need some form of bubblewrap for protection or certain items - these include surprise packages and crown.

Hairbows come on bow card/s wrapped in tissue paper and a sticker.  If you require cellophane bags please leave a note with your order.

What hardware is used on the bows?

Only the best quality alligator clips are used.  They are very strong and their size will be dependent on the size of bow. 

The baby babyheads are again, the best on the market.  They are made from super soft nylon and keep their shape.  They easily stretch meaning they can comfortably be worn on newborns and adults.
