Thank you for shopping with Donna's Bows! We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of payment being received.

UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options for orders within the United Kingdom:

Free Standard Postage – available on all orders over £30

Standard Postage is Royal Mail Tracked 48. Upgrade is Royal Mail Tracked 24 unless communicated otherwise.

Standard postage typically arrives within 2–5 working days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as holidays.

International Delivery

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide.

Royal Mail International Tracked or Other Tracked Service eg. FedEx or DHL.

International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your location and local customs processing times. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

My Parcel Hasn't Arrived?

Unfortunately, delivery timescales are out of our control and sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected e.g. after Bank Holidays, Customs and bad weather.

Please ensure your address is correct when ordering - we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect/incomplete address.

If any order does not arrive within 14 days please get in touch. All orders are sent Tracked for peace of my mind. If in the event of a damaged or non-delivered parcel we will investigate with the delivery company but any decisions made my them are final.
