Thank you for shopping with Donna's Bows! We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of payment being received.

UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options for orders within the United Kingdom:

Free Standard Postage – available on all orders over £30

Standard Postage – £2.90 for orders under £30

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £3.90

Standard postage typically arrives within 2–5 working days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods such as holidays.

Guernsey

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £3.90

International Delivery

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide.

Royal Mail International Tracked – £12.50

International orders typically arrive within 7–14 working days, depending on your location and local customs processing times. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

My Parcel Hasn't Arrived?

Unfortunately, delivery timescales are out of our control and sometimes deliveries can take longer than expected e.g. after Bank Holidays, Customs and bad weather. Please ensure your address is correct when ordering - we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to an incorrect/incomplete address.

Royal Mail only considers post to be lost after 15 working days from the due delivery date in the UK and 25 working days internationally. Working days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Refunds or replacements will only be given if Royal Mail deems after their investigations the order to be damaged or lost.
