The bow embellishment is filled with little stars that move and make a "shaking" sound when you shake the bow.
Measures 3.5inches/9cm.
Can be fitted on a quality unlined alligator clip or a nylon headband – one size fits all. They are super soft headbands making them perfect for newborns up to adults.
